The chalets on the park are designed to retain maximum privacy and seclusion in mature woodland surroundings and also taking full advantage of its south facing location and far reaching estuary views.
Llugwy is located just half a mile from the A493 and about 1 mile from Pennal village, near to the boundary of the Snowdonia National Park. The pretty seaside village of Aberdyfi is approximately 6 miles away and the area is well known for its sailing, fishing, walking and the Championship Links Golf Course at Aberdyfi.
The property is solidly constructed of lapped cedar wood under a felted pitched roof and benefits from wooden framed double glazed windows.
The accommodation comprises:
Open Plan Living Space; Kitchen (8' x 8'9) with linoleum flooring. Kitchen comprises bespoke solid wood base cupboards to 3 walls with complimenting wood worktops and open shelving above, stainless steel sink unit inset. Space for electric oven and under counter fridge.
Living Dining Area (15'5 x 16'3) with full length picture window enjoying far reaching, panoramic views over the Dyfi Valley and Estuary. External door to balcony at front of chalet. Two wall mounted electric panel heaters, wood burning stove with tiled surround.
Utility Nook with plumbing for automatic washing machine, hot water tank and consumer unit.
Bedroom 1 (8' x 8')
Bedroom 2 (7'9 x 8'7)
Bedroom 3 (8'6 x 8')
