The cabin is located in the village of Corris, a beautifully located and popular village, situated some 6 miles from the important market town of Machynlleth and convenient to Talyllyn Lake, Cadair Idris and the roads leading to the Cardigan Bay Coastline. Corris is a vibrant village with a real sense of community and benefits from a School, Public House and a Shop and Cafe which also hosts community events.

Each cabin owns the freehold of the cabin footprint and is a shareholder in a company that owns the remainder of the site. Each cabin pays an annual maintenance fee to the company for the maintenance of the site.

RESIDENCY
The chalet has an 11 month clause and cannot be occupied during the month of November. The site is open all year. No sub-letting.

Directions

From Machynlleth, turn right at the Clock and proceed in the direction of Dolgellau over the new Dyfi Bridge. Follow the road for approximately 6 miles to Corris and turn right into the village. Pass the Institute and Pub and Abercorris Cabins are on the right hand side, follow the track down through the gateway.
