On entering Trefeglwys, pass the former petrol station on the left turn immediate left signposted Llawryglyn. After approximately half a mile, turn right signposted The Waen. Continue on this road for 0.2 of a mile to a sharp left bend and take the right turn. Proceed through Cefnbarrach farmyard coming to a 'T' junction, turn right and follow this road for a short distance and the property will be found on the left hand side.
OR when entering the village do not turn left for Llawryglyn but proceed through the village. When leaving the village by a stone bridge and former chapel, turn left.
