Buying a home? It’s all about space – inside and out

Demand for properties with large areas of outdoor and indoor space has increased as a result of the way many people’s lives have changed over the past year.


Outdoor has space been a particular requirement for many, partly due to the lockdown and the need for social distancing.


Even with Covid-19 restrictions easing over the coming weeks, the way people look at their future homes will no doubt change.
