Michael Williams- MMP Partner

With over 40 years’ experience selling rural and coastal property across Mid and West Wales, Michael started his career as an Office Junior before becoming a Partner at MMP. A lifelong Mid Wales resident, he knows the local market inside out.

What do you love about the area?

“I love the varied countryside — from miles of stunning beaches to the rugged beauty of the Cambrian Mountains.”

Huw Evans- Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer

A qualified Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, Huw has been part of MMP for over 7 years. His background in residential and commercial sales and lettings gives clients valuable insight when buying, selling or investing in Mid Wales property.

What do you love about the area?

“Unspoilt countryside, great views, quiet villages and towns. I love seeing how the area changes with the seasons.”

Bethany Harding- Valuer

Bethany joined MMP after working in Local Authority and residential sales. She is currently studying for her MSc in Building Surveying, with the aim of becoming Chartered, while working as a Valuer.

What do you love about the area?

“The mix of coast and countryside and the range of unique properties that brings. The community is diverse, friendly and welcoming - there’s something for everyone.”

Angela Tillett- Sales

Angela has been part of MMP for over 13 years having previously worked as an administrator at a local company. Angela’s wealth of experience and local knowledge ensures she can guide clients through every step of their property journey.

“I’ve lived in Tywyn for over 55 years - it’s a lovely, safe place to live with a strong sense of community.”

Julie Harris- Sales

Julie joined MMP 8 years ago after a career in hospitality and running her own business. She provides friendly, professional support to clients throughout the buying and selling process.

What do you love about the area?

“I have lived in the area all my life, Aberdyfi being where I grew up and still live. A lovely village surrounded by both sea and mountain views. It also has a very friendly and close-knit community.”

Glenys Halls- Sales

With over 30 years in property and 13 years at MMP, Glenys brings experience and a reassuring presence to our Coastal Team.

“I have lived in Machynlleth all my life, lovely community where everyone is made to feel welcome.”

Anita Davies- Sales

Anita joined MMP 7 years ago after running her own business, bringing her excellent communication and customer service skills to our Sales Team.

“I have lived in the area from a small child and have grown up surrounded by the open space of the sea on one side and the rolling hills on the other. A beautiful and friendly area to live and raise a family.”
