The land can be cultivated for maize, taking crops of silage or short term grazing
Basic Farm Payment Scheme
The land is not available for the Grazier to claim Basic Payment.
Rent
The rent will be payable in one instalment, due prior to entry on 1st May 2026
Term
The land is available from 1st May 2026 until the 31st October 2026, or when crop is harvested.
Livestock
Available for grazing of Sheep or Cattle.
Topping
The land must be topped before 31st August 2026 by the Licensee.
Access
Access to the land is only via gateway marked blue on the plan.
Licensee Responsibilities
The Licensee shall be responsible to keep the land in reasonable agricultural and envionment condition and ensure any cross compliance requirements are met and leave the land clear and in suitable condition for the Licensor to plant any subsequent Autumn crops

Method of Letting
The property is to let by Informal Tender.
