Description

THE LAND
The land is available as a whole or in 2 conveniently split lot as follows and as indicated on the attached plan:

Good Water Supply
The land will be available for sheep grazing only. No application of fertiliser on the land, however the grazier may wish to apply either a compound or Farmyard Manure on the land by permission of the Landlord.
TENURE
The land will be let on a Grazing Licence from 1st May 2024 to 31st March 2025. The land is not available for Basic Payment Scheme purposes
RENT

VIEWNG
The land may be viewed at any reasonable time accompanied by a set of these particulars
TOPPING
The tenant will be responsible for topping the land by the 15th of July 2024.
