RENT
The rent will be payable in one instalment, being payable on the signing of the agreement.

The land will be let subject to all existing Easements, Wayleaves and Rights of Way. The Licensor reserves the right for himself or a nominee of his choice to access any part of the land at any time.

At any reasonable time accompanied by a copy of these particulars. Inspection of the land is to be carried out on foot and not by motor vehicle.

METHOD OF LETTING
