Woodland Description The land is accessed directly from a Council maintained highway along a right of way from a field where the Former Spring Hill Cottage was positioned. The woodland has a stockproof fence with a variation of mature coniferous trees including Spruce, Scots Pine, Larch and Douglas Fir potentially providing a high yielding timber crop. The land is sloping with a stream positioned along the south west border of the woodland.
