Foreword    Morris Marshall & Poole with Norman Lloyd have been favoured with the instructions from Mr & Mrs Evans, Spring Hill, to offer for sale by informal tender 2.03 acres (0.82 hectares) of mature coniferous woodland offering a small scale commercial woodland opportunity with amenity potential.

The woodland benefits from roadside access and the use of adjoining land for timber stacking area.

Woodland Description    The land is accessed directly from a Council maintained highway along a right of way from a field where the Former Spring Hill Cottage was positioned. The woodland has a stockproof fence with a variation of mature coniferous trees including Spruce, Scots Pine, Larch and Douglas Fir potentially providing a high yielding timber crop. The land is sloping with a stream positioned along the south west border of the woodland.

The sale provides potential purchasers to acquire a small scale commercial woodland or piece of the Shropshire Hills with outstanding views across Shropshire and Montgomeryshire whilst in a secluded position. The land will be sold with a direct right of way from the Council maintained road as well as a parcel of land with the right to stack timber extracted from the woodland.
