The property is located 3 miles North East of Lake Vyrnwy.
ACCESS
The property can be accessed in two locations, by forestry tracks and farm tracks that are benefitted through Rights of Way as indicated yellow and green on the attached plan.
Access A to B is via a Right of Way, currently a farm track provided by the vendor.
Access C to D is via a hardcore forestry track, with Point D to E being a Right of Way over neighbouring farmland.
