THE LAND
A sound block of grade 3b and 4 agricultural grassland (including 2.08 acres of coniferous and broadleaf woodland) that is available for sheep only. The land benefits from roadside access in several locations and natural water sources.

The successful licensee will have joint use of field (5573 – shaded green on the plan) for gathering. The is a shared use with other licensees.

TENURE
The land will be let on a Grazing Licence from 1st April 2025 to 28th February 2026.

RENT
The rent will be payable in two equal instalments, being payable in advance of 1st April 2025 and 1st October 2025.
