From our office in Newtown proceed on the A489 towards Llanidloes and after 6 miles, immediately before the level crossing turn right signposted Caersws A470. Proceed through the villages of Caersws, Clatter and Carno, Talerddig and Dolfach to Llanbrynmair. On entering the village turn left by the village shop and continue past the school on the righ, then over the river bridge and up the hill and asit levels out the site is located on the left hand side opposite a row of detached houses.
From Llanidloes proceed on the B4518 via Clywedog Reservoir & Staylittle to Llanbrynmair. On approaching Llanbrynmair, the site is located on the right hand side just after the 30 mph road sign and opposite a row of detached houses.
The driveway is between plot 3 and plot 4.
