From Machynlleth follow the A489 Newtown Road through Cemmaes Road, turning left at the roundabout for the A470 towards Dolgellau. Continue through Cemmaes, Cwmllinau and at Mallwyd roundabout, take the exit for Dolgellau. Pass the turning for Dinas Mawddwy for a further 1/2 a mile and turn right through a pillared gateway, over a cattle grid in front of a white lodge. Follow the lane for 150 yards and the chalet is the first in the row.
