The property market is very much open in England and Wales, although there have been differences in what you can and cannot do.
Here at Morris, Marshall and Poole with Norman Lloyd we are very much open to help you sell, buy or rent a home.
So, what can and can you not do?
In England during lockdown until 2 December 2020:
• we can value your home
• you can still sell or buy a property
• you can still rent a property
• you can still move
However, this must all be done under Covid-19 social distancing regulations. Something we are undertaking extremely seriously for the sake of our clients and employees.
In Wales, up to 9 November 2020 you could only undertake a virtual viewing of a property, although house sales, house moves and surveys could take place.
From Monday, we can undertake property valuations, while sales, moves and lettings can continue.
However, any house moves must take place under strict Covid-19 social distancing regulations set out by the Welsh Government.
We will only value a property providing it can be done in a safe way for both the household and our employees.
Our team are available on the phone, by email or video conference to talk to you about valuing your property, selling it or helping you to buy one that you’ve seen.
If you are looking to rent a property we can also help you.
