Virtual property viewings, sales and completions continue in Mid Wales and Shropshire

With Covid-19 restrictions continuing in Mid Wales and Shropshire it’s important to know that the local property market remains open for business.

Morris, Marshall and Poole with Norman Lloyd has led the way on virtual viewings and valuations to ensure the safety of our customers, employees and home buyers since the start of the coronavirus situation.

And while physical viewings or valuations can take place, we’d only advise these where potential house buyers or sellers are serious about purchasing a specific property or selling their home.

Virtual valuations and viewings

Our virtual viewings include videos, images and in some cases 3D walkabouts. The MMP/NL team are also on hand by phone, email and video calls to discuss any aspect of a house purchase or sale.

“The regional market is very buoyant at the moment, mainly due to the Stamp Duty and Land Transaction Tax holidays up to the 31 March,” said Andrew Turner, a Partner at MMP/NL.

“We’re very much open for business, even if our offices are closed to visitors at the moment. That means we can still value a property and we can still offer viewings under Covid-19 regulations in Wales and England.”
