Virtual valuations and viewings
Our virtual viewings include videos, images and in some cases 3D walkabouts. The MMP/NL team are also on hand by phone, email and video calls to discuss any aspect of a house purchase or sale.
“The regional market is very buoyant at the moment, mainly due to the Stamp Duty and Land Transaction Tax holidays up to the 31 March,” said Andrew Turner, a Partner at MMP/NL.
“We’re very much open for business, even if our offices are closed to visitors at the moment. That means we can still value a property and we can still offer viewings under Covid-19 regulations in Wales and England.”
