Village housing scheme revealed for Trefeglwys

A new housing development scheme has been launched in Trefeglwys, Powys, bringing 17 new quality homes to the village to cater for demand locally.

The 17 new homes are being developed by a local builder and have been designed in keeping with the local area, according to estate agents Morris, Marshall and Poole who are marketing the scheme.

Plas Trannon will be situated off the B4569, close to the village centre and the amenities that include the local primary school, village hall and village pub.
