On Saturday 10th June 2017 the popular Oakwood Grange new development will be open for anyone interested in buying a new home to call in and discuss the final plots that remain available for sale. Visitors are welcome on site from 12noon until 4pm and will be able to see the position of the houses that are still to be built. Please note that all the currently finished properties are sold and occupied.
Prices start at £159,950 for Plot 21, this is a three bedroom semi-detached house with a single garage which is due to be finished towards the end of 2017. This is the only one of these house types left available for reservation. Also available is Plot 15, for sale at £179,950, an especially well positioned three bedroom detached house with single garage which will be finished around October.

The other Plots available are numbers 13 and 14.
