The second phase of an exclusive housing development in Trefeglwys, Powys, has been launched following the success of the first part of the development.
Plas Trannon is a 26-property development that includes two, three and four-bedroom homes on the outskirts of the village with good access to the nearby towns of Llanidloes and Newtown.
The development is being built by Powells Developments (Trefeglwys) Ltd, a local building company that focuses on luxury and quality homes.
Paul Evans, a Partner at Morris, Marshall and Poole with Norman Lloyd, which is marketing and acting as the sales agent for the scheme, said the latest phase would complete the quality development.
Close to community amenities
“Plas Trannon is situated close to the village amenities of the village school, hall and pub and has been designed to be in keeping with the local community,” he said.
“The range of homes available through the development of the second phase provides a great opportunity for people looking to move, either to up-size or downsize.
“The quality of design and workmanship is excellent, as has been demonstrated by the first phase of the development.”
Range of luxury properties
The latest phase includes the two-bedroom mid-terrace Towey homes, the three-bedroom end of terrace Conwy properties, the Banwy which is a three-bedroom semi-detached house, the three-bedroom detached Dyfi bungalow with a single garage, and the three-bedroom detached Teifi house.
Prices range from £149,950 to £285,000.
Each property includes a 10-year NHBC Builders Warranty, oil fired central heating, choice of quality kitchens, including oven, extractor hood and hob, ground floor cloakroom and toilet, smoke and heat detectors and contemporary panelled doors and fittings.
