There are just days left for first-time buyers struggling to save a deposit to register for a new housing development in Welshpool, Powys.
Mid Wales and Shropshire estate agents Morris, Marshall and Poole with Norman Lloyd, in conjunction with Mid Wales Housing Association, are offering a range of houses at Clos Gungrog as part of the Welsh Government’s ‘Rent to Own’ scheme.
The scheme allows tenants of rented properties to save for a deposit while they are living in them before securing a mortgage to buy the property.
The development at Clos Gungrog is being constructed by Pickstock Homes and includes three four-bedroom houses, a two-bedroom detached bungalow, six three-bedroom semi-detached houses, and four two-bedroom, semi-detached houses.
Deadline is 14 February 2020
“This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to get on to the property ladder,” said Bryan Jarman, a Chartered Surveyor at MMP/NL.
“All the properties will have gas fired central heating and uPVC double-glazed windows. They also have generous gardens and parking facilities.”
MMP is urging interested parties to complete and send in their forms by Friday, 14 February 2020. Anyone wants to express an interest can contact Bryan Jarman or Sarah Breeze at Morris, Marshall and Poole with Norman Lloyd’s Welshpool office on 01938 554818 or email email@example.com.
