All eyes on new luxury Herefordshire housing development open day

The doors will open to a new luxury housing development at Adforton near Leintwardine in Herefordshire this Saturday (6 July 2019) as part of an open day for prospective purchasers.

Two homes have been completed as part of four being built to high standards at Adforton Farm by Graham Ottaway Builders on behalf of Brimfield Developments.  They are situated within stunning countryside with views over the Herefordshire countryside.

The two completed properties are three and four bedroomed with a further two due to be completed.

Visitors are welcome to the open day organised by estate agents Morris, Marshall and Poole with Norman Lloyd on Saturday, 6 July between 11am and 3pm and will be able to walk around and see the stunning open plan kitchen and family room that incorporates tri-fold doors, a lounge with optional woodstove and master bedroom with Juliet balcony and en-suite.

Purchasers will be able to add their own finishing touches to the properties to finalise to their personal tastes in discussion with the developers.

Each home includes underfloor heating with oil-fired central heating and 2kW photovoltaic panels that produce additional electricity for the property in addition to mains electric.

The three-bedroomed Plot 2 is £425,000 while the four-bedroomed Plot 1 is £499,950. Plot 3 and 4 are three and four bedroomed properties at the same price as Plots 1 and 2.
