I have been a member of MMP since 2005 and became a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor in 2011 following a rigorous assessment with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In 2014 I was crowned RICS Young Surveyor of the Year in the Residential Category. More recently, I am now also a member of the Institute of Revenues Rates and Valuation and as a result I am able to advise you on all residential sales and lettings matters, together with all aspects of commercial property.

I have been a member of MMP since 1990 and am also a Partner of the firm. I became a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor in 2000. I am able to advise you on all residential sales and lettings matters, together with all aspects of commercial property. I work from Newtown and Llanidloes Branches and also oversee the Residential Lettings Department. I live in Llanidloes with my wife Bethan and two Children, Gwion and Joshua. I am a past president of Llanidloes Rotary Club and have been Chair of Governors of Llanidloes Primary School. I currently help out with the junior football team as a coach.

I am a partner in Morris Marshall & Poole and have been a practising Estate Agent in Mid Wales for the past 30 years, the majority of this time has been spent in Aberystwyth and Tywyn which are the offices I currently manage. I am able to give advice on residential and small holding property matters and have a particular wide experience of selling coastal property. I live in Lledrod, Aberystwyth with my wife and three daughters and enjoy a wide range of rural activities in my spare time.
