Work on new luxury housing development gets underway in Oswestry

Construction has begun on a luxury housing development in Oswestry, Shropshire as part of a significant investment by a Shrewsbury developer.

Work on Henlle Ridge began last week and was marked with a ground-breaking by developer Primesave and estate agents and chartered surveyors Morris, Marshall and Poole with Norman Lloyd.

The development comprises six houses and bungalows overlooking Henlle Park Golf Course.

“Primesave are a respected family firm with considerable experience. We have known them and worked with them for many years and are delighted to be working with them again,” said Martin Moore of MMP/NL who have begun marketing the properties.

“The properties will be completed to a luxury specification to reflect the quality of the site, outlook and convenient location with good road and rail links.”

The latest investment by Primesave follows the success of previous developments in Shrewsbury, Kinnerley, Great Ness, Oswestry, Llanymynech and Forden which have all been marketed and sold through MMP/NL.

“These are high-quality properties and our experienced new homes specialists will be working closely with the developers to ensure home buyers benefit fully from the advantages of a new home,” added Mr Moore.

Prices start at £350,000 for a three-bedroom detached bungalow with double garage and conservatory.

These homes have a choice of luxury fitted kitchens, utility room, lounge and separate dining room and master bedroom with en-suite shower room. For those seeking a larger family home, there will be a choice of four or five bedroom detached houses, also with double garages and priced at £450,000.
