A Christmas and New Year message from MMP/NL

A Christmas and New Year Message from Rob Hudson, partner at Morris, Marshall and Poole with Norman Lloyd

As the year draws to a close, we can look back on a very busy and historic time for the firm. 2018 saw the merger of Morris Marshall and Poole with Norman Lloyd, two of the oldest surveying and auctioneering firms in Mid Wales.

The merger has resulted in many changes, most notably a new agricultural hub at Welshpool Livestock Sales. Alongside WLS and the agricultural hub, we are now delighted to offer our services from 10 offices throughout Mid Wales and Shropshire, including a dedicated Letting Centre in Newtown.

Despite the ongoing uncertainty in the economy thanks to Brexit and all that it entails, we enjoyed a successful 2018 with an increase in sales and lettings throughout the company.

We now also employ an additional 16 members of staff, 67 in total. We now look forward to 2019 and providing our clients with an expert service across a wide range of property and rural matters.

In January, we were thrilled to be named the best sales AND letting agent in Wales by the Guild of Property Professionals, an accolade we are very proud of as it is directly linked to positive feedback from our clients.

Along with a range of sponsorship and support we provide on a regular basis to local events and causes, we are now delighted to be the new sponsors of the Mid Wales Football League.

Having served many of our communities for over 150 years, it is our privilege to give something back to the young residents and families who make Mid Wales such a great place to work and live.

On behalf of the partners and Staff of Morris Marshall and Poole with Norman Lloyd I wish you all a happy and safe Christmas and New Year
