Along with our traditional methods of sale including Private Treaty, Morris Marshall and Poole with Norman Lloyds are delighted to offer our valued customers a range of auction options for their property. 

Selling a property at auction can provide the vendor with some extra certainty in regards to the minimum price achieved with suitable guide and reserve prices being set, completion dates set to a pre-determined number of days after the auction date and exchange of contracts on the hammer going down.

Buying at auction can also be very exciting and removes the threat of gazumping and other unwanted uncertainties such as future survey results, local authority search results etc.

Our sale room auctions are predominantly held at our Welshpool Livestock Sales Meeting rooms where we can hold both individual and collective auctions. Other auction locations can be arranged and any of our offices will be happy to discuss this with you.

Along with the traditional method of auction, we are proud to offer our clients a new online auction service. The popularity of this method of sale has increased significantly in the last few years due to COVID restrictions and allows property to be sold with all the benefits of the traditional auction room but virtually.
