Morris Marshall & Poole have a team of Chartered Surveyors who are able to undertake a whole range of surveys and valuations on all types of property. Our services include:
- Valuations Valuations of residential, agricultural and commercial properties, mortgage valuations and valuations for compulsory purchase, pipeline and road widening schemes, tax purposes, rating, damage and loss.
- RICS Condition Report This is a new report which the RICS are launching in March 2011. It is a simplified verison of the Homebuyer Report where the various elements of a dwelling will be condition rated but no valuation advice will be given. Our Surveyors will be able to undertake these surveys when launched.
- RICS Homebuyer Report The RICS Homebuyer Report includes a market valuation and reinstatement cost valuation and is designed for houses, bungalows and flats that are of a traditional type and construction and are apparently in reasonable condition. It identifies what the surveyor considers to be the most important issues and whether defects are serious or urgent.
- Building Survey A Building Survey is suitable for all residential properties and gives full details of their construction and condition. You are likely to need this type of survey if for example the property is unusually built, old or run-down, if the property has been significantly altered or if you are planning a major conversion or renovation. The report includes detailed technical information on materials and construction as well as details of the whole range of defects.
